I've finally made my decision! 'finally' is a very apt word to describe coz i've been waiting for a long time ever since last year october when i first applied for my universities. just as when i thought i would go uiuc since they're offering me a scholars honor program with top priority when applying for scholarships, a better deal came along! :D

McGill was more than just unexpected. McGill wouldn't be my dream university coz i never even dared to dream about it! it seemed pretty much far-reaching and the university that i thought i might stand a good chance actually rejected me! oh wells, i'm sure McGill is the one! for the next 3.5 years, i'll be freezing in Montreal most of the time, hahaha. since move-in day is on 22 aug, i'll leave for Montreal probably a few days before that, considering that i have tonnes of things to buy. the sad/happy thing is that after 3.5 years, i'll be a great cook! hahaha since the campus i'm at does not offer meal plans. if not, i'll just dine out! i'm so excited and scared at the same time! i desperately need to learn french now if not i'll have a hard time buying things outside my campus in Montreal!

i'm working again this saturday!
